Htoo Foundation’s Monsoon Tree Planting Ceremony and Talk on Biodiversity and
Environmental Protection was celebrated on the 3rd August 2013 at Hlawgar Natural Park.
The 1300 seedlings were collectively planted near Yay Pyar pond by staff of Htoo Group of
Companies who are also members of Htoo Foundation. After the plantation Htoo
Foundation’s CEO said words of thanks and explained why trees are needed and important
for Human beings and animals. Htoo Foundation’s advisor Dr. U Thein Aung, gave an
interesting and educative talk on Biodiversity and Environmental Protection.
