A doctor was dispatched from Yangon to treat the patients and the required medicines and medical supplies were provided free of charge by Htoo Foundation. Htoo Foundation establis hed a dispensary at Mulasheedi village in Putao, Kachin State, to provide free health care service to the locals. A doctor was dispatched from Yangon to treat the patients and the required medicines and medical supplies were provided free of charge by Htoo Foundation.
